Event ID 5719

I have a MS Windows 2000 Server with the following problem:
Netlogon service is stopping every 2 hours 2 minutes and 20 seconds!!!
Event ID number is 5719
"No Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller is available for domain
EPS. The following error occurred: There are currently no logon servers
available to service the logon request."
I've found on the web that the specific problem occurs due to network
problems, but there are no such problems.
