Tools>Options>Accounts?

Using Outlook through my office network pop.3 is fine,
However when i try sending mail though an other account -
(a vodafone connect card) the only mail format that it
works with is rich text. Any help on this?
Also i have tried sending a pdf attachment in this format
and these do not come through to my intended recipient?

PLEASE HELP ME!
 
Unless a recipient is using Outlook, you shouldn't send to them in rich-text
format. They won't be able to use any attachments.

Why does the vodafone account work only with RTF? What happens with other
format messages?
