Tools option "related sites" option

I need to know how to reinstall the some of my missing
options in the "Tools" section.

This what I currently have.
Mail and News
Synchronize
Windows Update...
Internet Options

So I'm missing
Show Related Links
Sun Java Console
Messenger
Reset Web Settings...

Any suggestions on how to get these options back?

For Show Related Links, you'll need Alexa: www.alexa.com Although most consider this spyware - Spybot Search & Destroy will detect and ask you to remove it, for example.

For the Sun Java Console: http://java.com/en/index.jsp

For Messenger: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/windowsmessenger/

For Reset Web settings - sorry, don't know this one.
