toolbars

I keep noticing toolbars that install without my
knowledge. I've tried almost everything and can't get rid
of them. Please help... anyone...
 
If you don't want any 3rd party toolbars, go to Tools, Internet Options,
Advanced and uncheck Enable third party browser extensions. Close all open
IE windows and re-open IE. The toolbars should be gone.
