Toolbars reappearing

Hello people,

I have a problem withthe toolbars on the taksbar.
I have unchecked the search assistant and quick launch on my taskbar
but everytime i restart the computer, it reappears

I have used CWS shredder, Spybot and Adaware..

it is still recurring..

Right click on the taskbar and remove the checkmark from 'Lock the Taskbar'.
