Toolbar Reappearance Problem

Greetings,
Each time I turn my computer on, the Language toolbar appears in my taskbar.
No matter how many times I get rid of it, it reappears with each & every
restart. Is there something I can do to ensure that windows remembers that I
don't want that taskbar anymore?

To turn off the Language Bar goto:

1. Click Start - Control Panel
2. Open Regional and Languages Options
3. Click Languages tab and then click Details button.
4. Here click the Advanced tab
5. Make a check mark on "Turn off advanced text services".
