Toolbars on taskbar

I would like to have the desktop toolbar on my taskbar
but, I don't want anything on the desktop. Is it possible
to have a toolbar that reacts the same as the desktop on
does.
(please don't just tell me to rightclick the taskbar and
selcet toolbars>deasktop)

Why don't you want anyone to say that, its the correct answer. Right click
the task bar, toolbars, desktop. Then right click desktop, arrange icons by,
uncheck: show desktop icons.

You have to create the toolbar by right clicking the taskbar and selecting
Desktop. No getting around that.

But, after that, unlock the taskbar so that you can grab the "handle" of
the toolbar. The handle is that ridged line on either end of the toolbar.
Grab hold of it with the mouse. Drag and drop the toolbar to the edge of
the monitor or right on the desktop - whichever location is most convenient
for you.

Then right click and select Autohide. The floating toolbar will stay hidden
until you pass your mouse over the area where it's hidden.
