Toolbars in My Computer locked

In My Computer the toolbars have become locked on one row and there is no
option when right clicking to unlock them. In fact all the option when right
clicking are greyed out. Any solutions out there?

Sorry Wesley - no effect.

Howver, it's notthe toolbases themselves that are greyed out, but the pop-up
menus when you right click.

THanks anyway.

You probably have a corrupt copy of some DLL file. Find your original media
for XP, and go to start/run, and type:

SFC /SCANNOW

Nick,

Delete the "NoBandCustomize" value in the locations mentioned in this article.

Thanks for the reply.

Just as the problem came, it has gone away without me doing anything except
spending a lot of time getting nowhere.

Thanks anyhow for your help.
