Toolbars in IE7

I have a couple of toolbars I arrange on the same line in IE7. Despite
locking the toolbars in this position, when I reopen IE7 they're back again
on separate lines. Is there any way of making them stay where I want them?

Sorry if this is the wrong group, but I couldn't find a group specifically
for IE7.

I was recommended to use
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general to watch for comments
on IE7. It is certainly the place where most difficulties seem
to be reported.
