Toolbars dissapear

My toolbars ('Quick Launch', etc.) dissapear everytime that I log off or
restart.

It's easy to reinstall the toolbar(s) them but, it's annoying.

Previously everything was OK. System is fine otherwise. Virus, malware
scans are fine.

Suggestions appreciated.
