Help! With ie right click and menu problem

P

Phil Patrick

A problem has just cropped up and it is very annoying.
Firstly I have recently added some extra memory which works fine. I'm not
sure if this problem is memory related but it is affecting internet explorer
in the
following ways.

When I right click and open another browser page in a new window -
occasionally the new window "sticks" when it opens or I try opening
another page...the top menus are messed up - the menu (wih file, edit, view
etc)
dissapears, my links bar moves down a level and squeezes up and my webprint
bar dissapears.

Not only that but I cannot right-click from the new pages.
It also caused a problem with task manager and I could not open that with
a right click. I also cannot right click and cut and paste in oe or other
programs. I rely on my right click and this is the first time ever I am
unable to
use it freely and easily without any problems. Help!

I have cleaned the pc, removed spyware, virus checked etc etc and ie
runs fine but suddenly does this which is not only worrying but only
reverts back to normal on a reboot. I have managed to manually position
my ie toolbars back to where they're supposed to be but as soon as I lock
the toolbars and try opening another window it messes up again.

I'm lost to know what to do because I cant find any similar problems
online to help me figure this out. By the way I am using ie 6 (sp2) on
xp pro.

Help would be very much appreciated!
