Toolbars disappear

Michael

After reinstalling XP in order to get SP2 to work, I now
lose my toolbars after a reboot and must add them again.
How can I keep the toolbars from doing this?

Thank you,

Michael

Create a new user account and see if it works from here. If so, copy
your old account to the new one and use this in future.

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

Save the .REG File to a hard disk.
Double click the .REG File; answer yes to the "Registry Editor" prompt.
(To view a REG file in Notepad, right click on the file, then select Edit.)
