Start Menu toolbars unremovable

Everytime i remove the language bar and the quick launch toolbar from the xp
start menu, they disappear only for my current windows session and after i
reboot, the toolbars come back again. it appears that my settings are not
saved. plz help.

Hi Johnny,

Uncheck the Language bar from Control Panel/Regional Options....as well.
Once both have been unchecked, run this edit to see if it helps:

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
