toolbar

my toolbar is locked and it won't let me unlock it. it
won't even give me the option to unlock it. i'm not in
full screen mode. does anyone have any ideas.

did you install and run spybot?

if you ran spybot on advanced mode and checked 'lock the ie
settings' then you need to go back into advanced to unlock
it and then possibly reboot. to make changes apply.

No mention of immunize or advanced mode locking toolbars...
Disable/re-enable third-party Browser extensions?
Google, other legit toolbar causing issues...
