toolbar wont go away

there's a toolbar on my internet explorer by the
name "stststslyrc" and wont go away. i go on view,
toolbars, and click stststslyrc which temporarily removes
it. if i click on a link or open a new browser, the
toolbar is there again. there is also this homepage that i
am not able to get rid of permanently www.wabu.com. i am
able to set my own homepage but when ever i restart my
computer wabu.com is there again. any response would be
appreciated.... thanks

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from the system entirely.

Additionally, run Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com). Update Ad-Aware before scanning
