Toolbar icons not accessible

The new, delete, reply, reply to all and foward options on the toolbar are
not accessible. You can see then but they are not active. We can still
receive messages. This happened overnight. We have been using them without a
problem until now.
 
Either there is no account configured or you haven't activated your copy of
Outlook/Office yet.
