Toolbar alignment in Outlook 2000

Why doesn't Outlook remember how I have positioned the toolbars next time I
run it? It's really annoying. I have three toolbars - Standard, Advanced
and Norton AntiSpam plugin. I arrange one on the first row and two on the
second row with plenty of room. Every time it starts up with three separate
rows. Grrr!

I too have the same problem, so what is the answer? The behaviours on my
Outlook 200o has changed since installing XP sp2

And why are we re-redirected to another source, when this XP related tool is
so popular?

Thanks,

Russ
