Tool bar & volume icon??

This just started happening and wondering if i have a 'potential' problem or
not.

When I restart my sytem, two things have started happening.

The volume icon in lower right is not showing even though it checked in
control panel-sound & audio devices.
I uncheck it, apply, and recheck, apply and it shows up.

The other is the Language Bar is showing up on the toolbar. The only toolbar
I have ever had checked is Quick Launch.
Now the LB is checked upon restarts.


Neither are that big of a problem but is it anything to worry about?

how to correct, please.

Open Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Languages tab, click
Details button, click Language Bar button, and there's an option to turn
it off.
