TOOL BAR AND START ICON MISSING AFTER SYSTEM RESOURCES ERROR

REBOOT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE- AM RUNNING COMPUTER THRU THE TASK MASTER-HAVE
RUN VIRUS SCANS AND NONE FOUND--CAN GET EMAILS AND SEND
AND GO ON LINE THRU TASK MASTER--ANY IDEAS
