TOO MUCH NOISE WITH MY ACER PC

My Acer Power F1 computer is making too much noise especially when I boot
and when It open the CD. It has the following specifications: HDD 40GB, RAM
256MB, PROCESSOR SPEED 2.6GHZ.
Any one with an idea of this will be appreciated.

Due to reason of your powerful PIV, try purchase a new

CPU fans with nosie reduction or a masterpiece case. If u
found out the nosie coming from the optical drive then a
replacement may needed.
