noise -CPU(cabinate)

Hi guys,

I hv my homebuilt PC with config

pentium 4 3.0GHz;
1GB RAM,
160GB HDD,
256 video card,
intel motherboard 945,
and single fan.

im using my system frm last 2years no prblm absolutely fine,
bt now i chnage my place so i shift my PC too thr,dat after my CPU
cabinate creating sound very noisy whn processor process increase or
heavy application or work is going on noise slowy increase.

cn nebuddy hv solution for it???

And of course you already have looked inside to see if the Fan somehow got a
little loose........if a wire maybe is touching the fan???
