TOO MANY RECIPIENTS

Am attempting to send emails TO; 5 named recipients, with CC; 2 named
recipients, all of whom are in my Outlook Express Address book and have VALID
emails, but when trying to send, my server returns an error message stating
"TOO MANY RECIPIENTS"! .....surely this is not the maximum number of people
that can be included in one email, as am certain i have sent to more than
this previously?
Any ideas if this is a setting that can be altered somewhere within Outlook?
