This should be easy but my internet search found nothing.
Any way to increase only the volume of tones (e.g., CAPSLOCK on and
off)? We want these tones louder without affecting the volume of music.
BONUS: I can find how to change a tone associated with an event but
can't find some of the events (e.g., again, CAPSLOCK).

Double-click/click the small speaker icon in your notification area.
See if it has separate options for speakers and Windows sounds
