toggle off on

A while ago , I found a neat lil add on that allowed me to turn off my
internet connection with mouse. I used it a lot and a wonderful tool.

Problem is it got deleted somehow and can't find it anymore, does anyone
know where I can get it again?

Right click on the little monitors on the systray, Bottom right corner of
your screen.
Select disconnect.

Depending on what you mean by "turn off my internet connection"
there is a new tool bar button for setting Work Offline (aka Alt-F,W)
in the IE5 Web Developer Accessories package. The package
may still be available and does work (mostly) under IE6.
