To-Do Column format causes Outlook Crash

Everytime I try to format the colums for the To-Do Bar, Outlook Crashes and
give the standard

"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience."

Any ideas on this?

Did you try running Office Diagnostics? (Help menu) You may need to do a
Detect and Repair (Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs...)
