insert file outlook crashes

Hello All
I have a user who is using outlook 2003 (tied to an exchange server) on a
local pc when she opens up a new e-mail goes to insert then goes to file
outlook crashes and gives the message: "Microsoft office outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience".
It then shuts down and restarts. She is able to use insert item from the
toolbar just fine. We deleted her local outlook profile and recreated it
that didn't work. We then uninstalled and re-installed outlook and that
didn't work either. Any other ideas?

Hey i have the exact same problem. It is driving me nuts! Have you found a fix for this at all?
