Diene,
I never got a follow up from you or anyone else on my thread Box
Listing. Maybe you haven't seen it. Maybe this will bring it to your
attention. The msgs on the thread follow. Your reply will be
appreciated.

Thanks, Diane, but I cannot follow. I right click on heading row, get a
menu,
and pick Group by Box (no Show Group by Box available).

Drag what field out of which box?

I must have done something I did not intend that caused the list in my
outbox to change and I cannot change it back.

The format I want: I have a heading that contains (for the inbox) From,
Subject, Received. Each msg has one line that contains whatever the
headings call for.

The format I do not want: I have a similar heading (for outbox) To,
Subject, Sent. Each message has a button with a plus sign and the text
Sent: date, time (1 item). If I click the button with the plus, the plus
turns into minus and a second line appears containing the info the
heading calls for.

How do I change what I do not want into what I do?

Thanks,

Leo
