To develop applications for Windows Mobile 2003 and for Windows 4.

I have been developing applications for pocket pc 2003 using vs .net 2003.
Now i have Windows Mobile 2003 device and another device with Windows CE 4.2
and when i ran the application which i developed for pocket pc 2003, it said
'The application has been developed for earlier version and some of the
controls will not work as intended.' I had been using HTMLVIEWER control for
pocket pc 2003 and now on this device it is not working.
What is the solution for this? Do i need to have VS .net 2005 to develop
applications for Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Ce 4.2?
What is the difference between Windows Mobile 2003, Pocket Pc 2003 and
Windows Mobile 2005 , Windows Ce 4.2 and Windows Ce 5.0?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The differences between WindowsMobile/PPC platforms and WinCE x.y are

For any issues with custom WinCE devices, your first port of call should be
your OEM (e.g. asking them to add the html component in your image)
