'To' button does not show contacts, only search box.

Using Vista for over a year. All of a sudden the Contacts list does not
appear when clicking the 'To' button while sending an email. I get a search
box instead. Have searched for a setting but find none.

There is no relevant information in your post. Vista is an operating system,
not an email program. State what email program you are using and the precise
steps to reproduce your problem.
