Hi Brian,
Thank You So Much ! Or I should says A Million Thanks for helping me! I make a new post so you could find me right away. Now I
can received and sent eMail. Actually I created 2 accounts with different name --- one using http and the other is POP3 --- I only
removed http account and Thanks - it works! ;o)

I've a follow-up question: Where or how I could check all my mails being stored? Can I transfer all my mails to another drive?
Thanks In Advance ---Rino

Yes, I'm not using MAPI and I used POP3/SMTP account.

Do you have only the one account?
What is the correct server I must use?

Your ISP must tell you that.
Do I have to use Microsoft Exchange Server? My
eMail extension is @apexworld.net.

Not with a POP account.
In receiving the error message: "Can not perform the operation at
this time".

I did try sending to my other address and this error message appeared:
! Task 'apexworld.net - Sending' reported error (0x80070057) : 'Could
not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid.'

If I were you, I'd delete all my accounts and add them in again just to make
sure I didn't add somethjing wrong the first time. If that didn't work, I'd
create a new mail profile.

Thanks --- I found it! C:\Documents and Settings\Rino\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

But how I can transfer it to my D: drive? Because my C: is very small in capacity.
The instruction says: You must shutdown Outlook to move or copy these files.
I would liked to move it to D: drive in ONLY one location. I went: Options > Mail Setup tab > Data files button > Open Folder > ?
I also did try Settings > ? give up.

Please help me ;o) --- Rino

Close Outlook. Find your outlook.pst file. Cut from the C: drive and paste
to the location of your choice on the D: drive. Open outlook and when it
complains that it can't find the .pst file, browse to the location you
pasted it and use file->Open.

Moved it BUT whenever I open my Outlook there still an Outlook Folder

As far as I can tell, Outlook is ALWAYS going to require a few files to
remain on the C drive, typically in
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook. Those files will be outcmd.dat, the .srs file,
the .NK2 file and the .fav file (if you're not using Outlook 2003).
Moreover, if you have Outlook add-ins or use offline folders, extend.dat,
your offline folders file (.ost) and the offline address book files (.oab)
will be kept in
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and I don't
think you can change their locations.

Hi Milly,
Many Thanks for responding! I did as you told me BUT after I open & closed Outlook and check my C: drive Outlook Folder 2 files
always built-up there -- the .FAV & .SRS files. If I click .FAV files it shows all my mails in Outlook --- this means I'm still
using my C: dive. All my mails are deposited or stored in 2 drives now --- which I would NOT like that.

Funny thing, I did several times of Moving (Select All > Right Click 1 selected files & Dragged to my D: drive > Dropped to
Outlook folder) & yeah, BUT my Outlook never did complaint after I open it and I can see all my mails again. The ONLY complaint
outside of Outlook is when I've to chose "Yes To All" & it replaced all my pst files in my D: drive.

Hope you have a clue,
Rino

Close Outlook. Find your outlook.pst file. Cut from the C: drive and paste
to the location of your choice on the D: drive. Open outlook and when it
complains that it can't find the .pst file, browse to the location you
pasted it and use file->Open.

Thanks Brian, sorry for this late respond BUT I'm happy to see your factual responses. I believed you completely. I knew you're
busy answering people problem BUT do you easily track each of them? I don't know if you already knew this; Click another News
Group and come back right away > press F3 and type ANY name (& even yours) that you wants to track (capitalize is not necessarily)
press Enter > continue pressing F3 until you found them. Tip: To jump more further down; Click the last name you want to skip
and continue press F3 and repeating.

Scroll Bar and Scrolling Wheel could help also BUT I seldom use them. My method is more faster without straining my eyes.

Also; My advice for others who would follow my foot-steps: Don't use Copy but used MOVE. I think you knew the reason why, for
direction --- follow my other posts found below. All The Best &

Thanks For All Your Helps - Brian,
Rino
