To all with shortcut icon problems

I found something that half way fixed the problem I was having with my icons.
When I would make a web page shortcut for the desktop it wouldnt display the
icon associated with that particular website. I right clicked the desktop
and selected VIEW. It then pops up a window which has LARGE, MEDIUM, CLASSIC
for icon selection. Select the classic one and then do a restart. It should
bring up some up of them.
