website shortcut icons

Whenever i create a shortcut and save it on the desktop. The icon is saved
with the icon of explorer but not with that website icon like for yahoo it
should be saved as Y icon and for you tube the you tube icon should be shown.
I have tried it on the other system and it does work there.

Right click the Command Prompt shortcut, click 'run as administrator'
shutdown Explorer process in Task Manager
At the prompt, go to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local
run the commands:
atrib -h IconCache.db
del IconCache.db
start a new explorer.exe task
