To activate/re-arrange my buttons on tool bar.

i made a costamized tool bar,

1- will you expalin how can i activate some faded buttons which is not
active now?
2-how can i re-arrange buttons location on the tool bar?


please help me.

right click on the shortcut, select Properties and try the Open File Location button.
what sometimes happens is the TARGET location is not properly set.
