.TMP files are corrupting my folders

My system has started saving all .TMP files in MS Office folders and they
won't go away.
 
Can you share what some of the filenames are?

And you're sure that they end with an extension of .tmp?
 
Somebody set "Deny Delete" on the folders? Who manages the drive where
the problem occurs?
