titles and transitions exit program

I have the same as Ranjan Sinha. As soon as I try to drop
a title or transition into my movie....POOF!, the whole
program just exits.
Any ideas?

Your problem is in a single file called divXAF.ax
search for the file and delete or rename it.
that action will solve your problem.
