Title bar

The title bar at the top of my screen has shrunk so the
CLOSE - MINIMIZE - MAXIMIZE are very small. Can anyone
tell me how i can get it back to normal size? Thanks.

Perhaps increasing the size of the "Caption Buttons" would solve this
