Defeating Window Maximization on Double-Click of Title Bar??

I was wondering if I could defeat the feature that maximizes the window when
the title bar is double-clicked. I personally never use that feature, but
sometimes, when I drag the window to another location of the screen, I'll
inadvertently "double click" the title bar, and it becomes full size- To me
it's a real annoyance.

Is there a way to defeat the maximize on double-click of title bar feature?
Responses are appreciated.

I do not think that you can suppress this.

It is possible to change this behavior by installing WindowBlinds. It will
allow you to change the default behaior to something else, such as rolling
up the window when the titlebar is double-clicked.

Get WindowBlinds here: http://www.windowblinds.com
