Press and hold in the on/off button ... the PC will turn off ... unplug from the mains ... open nearest window ... drop PC out of window.

Another happy customer.

... I'm sorry if you cannot navigate around our forum and find expressing that problem so that we can understand you a little troublesome.

There was no malice intended on my part ... we get the odd 'persons' intent on just posting rubbish all over the place I was just doing my 'job' ... I have my off days.
