Tips for speeding up Vista 64 Boot-up

My Vista seems to be getting slower & slower booting.Need advice(tips) on
how to speed up booting process.

Have you ran disk clean up? Open MSCONFIG and check the Startup (tab)
disable any unnecessary programs that might starting up with system? Also,
do a defrag on your system.

Don't shutdown. Do "sleep" instead.
