Time Zone change impact on time stamps of Inbox and Sent folders

Will changing Time Zone on a computer affect in any way time stamps of
messages already in the Inbox and Sent folders of Outlook or Outlook Express
email clients?

Neo's right, but it *will* affect how Outlook displays the times, as it will
always do so in the current time zone.
