Time zone in time stamp

When an Outlook 2003 user replies to an email, a header shows up on top of
the originail message with information such as Sent, To, From...
Is it possible to have the time zone (i.e PST) to show up in "Sent" time
stamp?

No, though it does appear in the Internet headers (which are mostly hidden
from the end user).
