Time Problem in Outlook 2002

The time on Outlook is off by one hour (late) (ie: real time 12:00 outlook time 11:00) i checked the options under the tools menu and everything is ok. (time zones, day light saving ect.) the computers time is correct as well (time zones , daylight savings ect.) is there any other option that i am missing to adjust outlook's clock?
 
Are you connecting to an Exchange or other internal mail server?
 
Was there ever a resolution to this? I'm having the same issue and have not
been able to figure out/fix.

I am having the same problem - very frustrating! Did you work out how to
amend the time?
