Open VCS file changes time in calendar

Hi,

I got this VCS file with the folowing content:
BEGIN:VCALENDAR
VERSION:1.0
BEGIN: VEVENT
DTSTART:20080728T100000
DTEND:20080728T110000
LOCATION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Instruction room 2
SUMMARY;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Staff Meeting
CATEGORIES:Meeting
DESCRIPTION:
UID:20080703T09270020080703T092700
PRIORITY:3
END:VEVENT
END:VCALENDAR

Basically this file contains 1 meeting from 10:00 till 11:00 hrs. But when I open the item it appears two hours later in my outlook calendar (12:00 til 13:00). This happens in outlook 2007 only, works fine in outlook 2003.
The time-zone is correct (Which should not matter at all since there is no timezone info in the VCS file.)

Any clue as what the problem could be?

Thanks in advance!

Jacco.

Probably the time zone on your computer is not set correctly. The time zone
is definitely relevant as vcs-files are based on the GMT time. Based on your
computer's time zone and DST settings, the correct times are being
calculated. Without it, the vcs file format wouldn't hold any international
relevance.
