Bug in MS-Outlook version 2002 (10.2627.2625)

Saving a MS-Outlook appointment entry to a ".vcs" format
file.

The Start and End times are change to two hour ahead.
EG: appointment times 0800-1100 produces a vcs file 0600-
0900.

This is SP2 I am using - is there a fix available?

Thanks

(GMT+02:00) Harare, Pretoria
Is this the cause of the error?
If so, how do I fix it without changing the Time Zone?

I don't see that there's any error at all. The start time in the vCal item
is 20040325T060000Z, in other words 06:00 GMT, which would be 08:00 Harare,
Pretoria.
