Time Keeps Adjusting .....

Hi, I was wondering if someone mught be able to lend me a
hand. I've been having problems with my clock after
reformatting my hard drive. After setting the time and the
correct time zone, the clock advances two hours ahead. I
thought this might be caused by the time synchronization
setting of XP, but turning this off didn't resolve the
problem. Any ideas how to fix this?

have you selected the correct time ZONE?
