Time is hour off

I run Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5703). When sending a
calendar item to attendees, the time is consistently 1-
hour ahead. So, if I send an invitation for 9:30 a.m. to
10:30 a.m., the invitee receives my invitation for 10:30
a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This has been very damaging when
setting up meetings. I checked my system clock and it
matches the individuals clock that I am sending to. In
addition, I checked our Exchange server clock and that to
is consistent. Could someone please advise.

Thanks.

Check the time zone setting in Outlook. Go to Tools, Options, Calendar
Options, Time Zones. Make sure the "automatically adjust for daylight
savings time is checked.

Thanks for your reply. I had done that and
the "automatically adjust for daylight savings time" was
checked. The user having the problem is running Outlook
2002 SP3 on XP. He is sending appointments to a user
running Outlook 2003 on terminal server. Is there a known
issue with Outlook 2002 SP3? My only other option would
be to upgrade him to 2003. Before doing so, I would
export his .pst file in case there is a problem. Do you
think this would resolve the issue?
