Meeting time changes from time proposed to one hour later

When I propose a meeting thru calendar at say 9:00 it shows up to the invitee
for an hour later. I have checked to computer clock and the outlook clock
and the times are correct. Has anyone run across this problem?

I agree with Bob. Outlook uses the local time zone setting, not the actual
computer time. So if either party (perhaps having unchecked the box for
"Automatically adjust for daylight savings time") just changed their
computer clock to match DST instead of actually changing the time zone to
DST, the PC clocks will appear to match but if the time zones are different,
the symptoms you describe will appear.
