Time in Newsgroup is off

This is the second time I've posted and noticed that the
time of my post in the newsgroup is actually about 3
hours before I posted it!! Why is that?? The clock on
my computer is set right. Are these post set on PST or
something??.......Thanx....Patty

You are posting using the web-based interface. When you do that,
you get the time that's on Microsoft's server, which is PST.

Besides this problem, the way you're posting is the slowest,
clunkiest, most error-prone method there is. Do yourself a favor
and switch to a newsreader, such as Outlook Express, which comes
with Windows.

how do i do that?? I always thought Outlook Express was
just for mail. Goes to show you how computer savy I
