Time/Date Stamping when an appointment is "Created"

I am trying to ascertain whether it is possible to see when an Outlook user
actually created an appointment in the Calendar i.e. a tracking facility so
you can see the date and time the appointment was created as opposed to when
it is scheduled to take place.

We are trying to get a measure of the time taken between when a client makes
initial contact with our office to when a mutually convenient appointment is
actually made for them. I would be grateful if anyone knows whether this
type of tracking facility is available. Many thanks, Alyson.

Display the calendar in a table view and use Field Chooser to add the
Created date to the header bar.
