I just downloaded this from Microsoft template area.
It won't work...message says to get windows update but when I checked
winupdate
I have all current XP SP2 updates

you need to run OFFICE UPDATE not windows update

http://officeupdate.microsoft.com

http://update.microsoft.com should do the same thing.. but
www.windowsupdate.com won't fix office for you.. windows update only
fixes windows
